Accreditation Manager
Our Dublin based client, a global not for profit organisation are currently recruiting for an Accreditation Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. As Accreditation Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the International Accreditation Programme (IAP), support and manage services provided by the organisations IAP, provide technical advice to participating organisations and surveyors involved in the IAP, and support the organisation in the implementation of other quality and patient safety programmes.

• Act as the primary liaison and contact between client organisations involved in the programme (IAP) and surveyors who undertake the surveys or assessments
• Co-ordinate and manage the overall IAP survey or assessment process
• Provide technical advice to client organisations
• Perform quality assurance reviews of completed survey reports
• Co-ordinate the validation review process and the preparation of reports
• Develop and circulate evaluation questionnaires to client organisations
• Liaise with client organisations to ensure that continuous assessment reports are completed in line with their identified survey critical path dates
• Review continuous assessment reports and accompanying evidence to validate that action is being taken
• Ensure all IAP products are evaluated and relevant actions put in place to improve the standards, survey or assessment process, surveyor training and / or the overall programme
• Support the Head of International Accreditation Programme and Strategic Partnerships in any research projects

• Relevant third level qualification
• Experience working in a role with responsibility for external evaluation in health and social care industry
• Project Management experience
• IT skills include MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal systems
• Proven Networking experience within the healthcare/social care industry
• Experience of evaluation tools e.g. Survey Monkey and/or equivalent
• Understanding of a wide range of international cultures and political and health care systems
