Clinical Trials Recruitment and Retention Associate
Our client, a global pharm company are continuing to expand their Clinical Trials team and are currently recruiting for a Clinical Trials Recruitment and Retention Associate to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to monitor projects in real time
- Manage daily issues, track trends, collaborate on solutions. Resolve issues that arise, following through to resolution
- Manage project deliverables post go-live and ensure ongoing project communication including the conduct and/or coordination of study team etc
- Track and compile data related to the delivery and implementation of the Recruitment and Retention strategy, including recruitment and retention budget, vendor and/or technology reporting and metrics
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork and shared learning
- Partner and/or strengthen relationships with and across the clinical development functional area and asset teams to identify best practices and standardized approaches to processes
- Actively participate in shared learnings across the team
- Collaborate with study team and sites to facilitate a good patient experience and to enable optimized strategy delivery
- Assume responsibility for own deliverables
- Develop knowledge and skillset of clinical trials and the recruitment and retention space to support the overarching strategy
- Support continuous improvement
- Work consistently to develop best practices
- Embrace and support quality improvement initiatives to be shared cross functionally
- Develop training materials and job aides for areas of focus
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharma, Clinical or similar desired
- 1 or more years of Project Management/ Coordinator experience desired
- 1 or more years of Clinical Research experience desired
- Experience in leadership and organisational change management influence at all levels
- Demonstrated to influence without authority
- Proven strength to communicate clearly and succinctly with all audiences and forums through exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in managing pressure and conflicting demands with multiple customer groups
- Demonstrated strength to build effective networks across functions, organisations, job levels and geographies
- Demonstrated Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to be flexible in varying environments and with multiple customer groups
- Self-motivated professional with excellent customer service and strong working/team building relationship skills
- Experience in working successfully across cultures and time zones
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation
- Strong Cognitive abilities including verbal reasoning, attention to detail and critical thinking
- Demonstrated high-level end-user computer skills (e.g., word processing, tables and graphics, spreadsheets, presentation and templates)
