Device Provisioning Coordinator - Healthcare/Clinical Research
Our client, a growing, innovative healthcare technology are currently recruiting for a Device Provisioning Coordinator - Healthcare/Clinical Research to join their growing team in Dublin on a permanent basis.
As Device Provisioning Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of successful deployments of all devices, wearables, sensors and their respective kits for the organisations domestic and global studies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with first level of provisioning support
  • Work closely with Team, on provisioning deployments to meet study deliverables and milestones
  • Complete provisioning projects from start to finish per schedule
  • Be knowledgeable of provisioning tools
  • Quality review of provisioning deliverables, escalate and mitigate issues as they arise
Requirements
  • Degree in related Discipline
  • 1-2 years of provisioning experience
  • Experience with eClinical, Decentralized Clinical Trials and/or eCOA is desired
  • Experience with mobile device management applications
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android smart phones and tablets
  • Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision
