A Supply Chain Analyst is required to join a leading global pharmaceutical business based in Cork on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The roleof an Order-To-Cash (O2C) Supply Chain Analyst involves having responsibility for the oversight & coordination of all aspects of the operation within their own market area. This involves responsibility for daily operations of order processing, communication between CMO/PET centres and logistics. This also involves completion of daily/monthly reporting activity and escalation of issues as they arise.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationship with Imaging Centers and Clinical Trial leaders:
  • Build quarterly manufacturing planning
  • Order management
  • Liaise with several CMOs sites by phone and mail and understand manufacturing limitations.
  • Control and run interfaces with CMOs and ensure orders have been integrated in SAP
  • Manage, track and resolve imaging centers disputes and route to local affiliates, management and sales force when required
  • Interact with QP (Qualified Person for product release)
  • Assist the International demand and supply chain Integrator to ensure all deliverables are met.
  • Liaise with internal contacts including Finance, Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing and Distribution
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of, radiopharmaceutical market, Supply chain process, CMOs organization
  • Identify key risk areas of concern and escalate accordingly
  • Highlight and implement areas of improvement in the process

The Person

  • Business/ Accounting Qualification
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Order to Cash / Supply Chain work stream with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with various levels of
  • Fluency inEnglish is essential, additional European language is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with strong learning agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving skills with view to challenge status quo and bring new ideas forward
  • To be able to translate business goals into specific objectives, and specific objectives into detailed needs
  • SAP Experience is desirable
