AProject Manager UDI is required to join a leadingMedical Device organisation. This role is International and will require 15% travel.

Your role:
As the Project Manager (UDI – Unique Device Identification) you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of GS1 standards which lead to maintaining regulatory and commercial compliance and approval for the company’s products in International Region.

Your responsibilities:

  • Complete or assist with implementation of GS1 standards and UDI requirements in collaboration with multiple functional areas, sites and geographies/regions.
  • Manage Teams in the planning, executing, monitoring and closing phases of the implementation process.
  • Collate, review and process large volumes of data for publication to customers and regulators
  • Prepare, review and process label artwork changes
  • Utilize systematic project management and problem-solving methodologies to drive successful resolutions within timeline and budget.
  • Execute actions of variable scope to meet project milestones.
  • Ensure standards are implemented and documented.

What you need:

  • Engineering/Science qualification with 4/5 years experience of working within a medical device environment with preferably 1/2 years in QA/RA.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
  • Analytically astute, with high attention to detail and accuracy – essential.
  • Fluent English, both written and oral – essential.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure.
  • Problem solving skills for developing creative solutions and meeting objectives are required.
  • Skills that enable coordination of data, including MS-Office.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and be able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Work in a matrixed organization, across international regions.
