Our Client are a global BioPharmaceutical company committed to scientific excellence and/or Research & Development innovation to bring life enhancing products to the global marketplace. Deeply embedded in Ireland for over 30 years, our client has been one of the top employers in the pharmaceutical field. Due to significant business success and new manufacturing strategy, our client is now looking for a Quality Specialist who will be based in Dublin within their new External Manufacturing office.


• Our client is seeking to recruit a Quality Specialist on a permanent basis to join the Global Manufacturing & Supply Quality Team.
• The Quality Specialist will be responsible for providing support to the quality and compliance aspects of our clients Third Party Manufacturing partners in conjunction with the established Quality Operations team.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in all aspects of Product Quality and Technology Transfer projects.
• Relationship building between suppliers and business partners.
• Project management in all aspects of quality and compliance for both suppliers and business partners.


• BSc or a higher qualification in Chemistry or Microbiology.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in a quality or technical role) is required.
• Detailed knowledge of quality systems.
• Experience in aseptic processing and device manufacturing is desirable.
• Excellent organizational and administration skills.
• Developed knowledge of regulatory requirements and filing processes is essential.
• Project management experience paired with strong interpersonal skills would be highly desirable.
