Project Manager (Pharma)
Our client are currently recruiting for Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry is essential for this role. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. You will ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed timelines and budgets while coordinating resources, managing risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role is based in Dublin and offers hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved
- Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying critical tasks and dependencies
- Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with relevant team leads
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage changes in project scope and ensure appropriate communication and documentation
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to support successful delivery
- Support financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with finance teams
- Act as the primary point of coordination between project teams and clients
- Ensure project work is delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
- Provide oversight and guidance to project coordination staff where applicable
Requirements
- Degree in Life Sciences
- Project Management experience in the pharma industry (GMP Manufacturing)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
- Excellent organisational and project planning skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Familiarity with regulated industry environments and quality standards
- Proficiency in digital tools and the ability to interpret and manage project data
