The Role
Our client are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Data Analyst to join a high-performing Growth and Analytics team. This position will play a key role in delivering actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify challenges, and deliver data-driven solutions
  • Manage analytical projects from requirements gathering through to final presentation and delivery
  • Develop innovative reporting and analytics solutions to support business performance and decision-making
  • Generate actionable insights that enable stakeholders to measure performance, identify trends, predict outcomes, and achieve business objectives
  • Act as a subject matter expert in clinical trials, supporting multiple functions across the organisation
  • Establish and maintain meaningful KPIs and reporting frameworks
  • Continuously assess stakeholder feedback and identify opportunities to enhance existing analytics capabilities
  • Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Translate complex datasets into concise, actionable recommendations
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively deliver insights to support growth and performance
  • Mentor and support colleagues through knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as required
Experience Required
  • Proven experience gathering customer or stakeholder requirements and developing effective solutions
  • Strong understanding of global drug development, clinical trial processes, and ICH-GCP guidelines
  • Knowledge of life sciences technology platforms and applications
  • Advanced data analysis skills using Excel or similar analytical tools
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or QuickSight
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or large language models (LLMs) would be advantageous
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally if required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Master's degree desirable
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in analytics, performance reporting, business intelligence, or related fields, ideally within clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or technology environments
