Commercial Director
The commercial manager generally leads and manages a team of sales reps empowering them to develop new relationships with Customers. You will be required to actively develop and grow the business and implement a sales strategy in line with this to achieve targeted revenue goals and consistent revenue growth.

Identify areas for gaining significant and sustained competitive advantage and to continually drive growth of sales and market share in new and existing products

Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities by focusing on the bottom line, achieving desired results

Provide clarity on goals, business objectives and opportunities that ensure team members target their efforts, keep on track and do the things which are needed

To champion emerging technologies and look for new opportunities in the market
Create and raise awareness in the sale of products with responsibility for new product launches and initiatives in conjunction with Product Specialists

To deliver creative initiatives to the key decision makers that will stimulate the market and ultimately grow the business
